Professional company. Was impressed with the initial quoting visit. Blew the other 3 companies out of the water with pricing, knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. Install day arrives and they are on time, fully stocked for the job and worked the entire time. Everything is up and running, system workings were explained well and accurately. It has been almost 2 months since install and not one hiccup has occurred.

Highly recommend! Service was excellent. Confirmed placement and other aspects and explained the work to be performed before starting. On time ( actually had earlier availability which was preferable to me). Once completed verified the work and cleaned up the work area. Some more detail: My wife and I had made the decision, after trying out Ring, Xfinity's cameras, and Arlo, to have a professional system installed. We put the word out with HomeAdvisor, Yelp, and by using Google to identify security camera installation and service companies. We had reached out to about ten companies, seven of them responded and gave estimates, and we obviously picked one to do the job. Will Evans of All Out Media Solutions stood out from the competition due to the fact that he was extremely professional, had a clear price list and service description, and provided excellent technical and lay-person explanations of the scope of the work. After comparing costs and services, we decided to go with Will from All Out Media Solutions. I'm extremely glad we did, as the installation was a bit complex based on the design of our new home, but this didn't slow them down - installation was completed in a day, and Will stayed with me afterward to go through setup, trouble shooting, and make certain I was happy with the final install/product.
